电伴热带系统是管道和其他设备的防冻保温方法。除电伴热带外，还有很多配套方法，如温控器、防爆接线盒、胶带、控制盒、电源等。如果客户有这样的问题，电伴热电源的安装使用要求是什么样的？现在我们就来说一下。
1.单个电伴热应安装断路器。普通并联断路器具有30MA通电保护。如果使用自限温电伴热带，应考虑启动电流，CB（断路器）的额定功率不得超过70%。电伴热电源应设置独立的供电系统，单独的加热回路应设置控制开关，以便于维护和测试。
2.在特殊情况下，应特别注意检查相关电伴热附件的电源、接线盒和端子是否有防爆标志。
3.目视检查电伴热带是否损坏，然后进行绝缘电阻测试。所得绝缘电阻值不得小于50兆欧。
安装电热带是一件专业的 事情，大家在采购前要做好准备工作，如果没有十足的把握，可以请电热带厂家上门安装。
