恒功率电伴热带按工作原理可分为并联式和串联式2类,其中并联式按工作电压的不同分为单相和三相2类。
工作原理:该类产品的电源母线根(三相)平行绝缘铜绞线,在内护套绝缘层上缠绕镍铬电热丝,每隔相等距离使电热丝与母线依次错开连接,形成连续并联电阻。当母线OV电压后,各并联电阻同时发热,形成一条单相或三相连续供电的伴热带。
并联式恒功率电热带由于工艺成熟,产品性能好,质量稳定可靠,安装使用方便,适应性广,寿命长,所以是目前国内外广为应用的一种电伴热产品,凡是蒸气、热水伴热场所均能使用该产品,其中三相带尤其适用于长距离大口径管道的伴热。恒功率电热带按结构不同分为普通型和加强型。一般埋地或有腐蚀性气(液)体场所应选用加强型;在海上平台、码头及滩海地区应选用船用加强型;条件较好的架空管线可选用普通型。
工作原理:3根同截面相当长、具有一定内阻的平行绝缘导线既为电源母线,也为发热芯线。将一端可靠短接,另一端通380V三相电,就形成一个星形负载。根据焦耳—楞次定律Q一0.24尸Rt可知:具有一定内阻的母线通过电流就会产生热量,其大小与电流平方、母线阻值和通电时间成正比。因此,串联型电伴热带随着通电时间的延续,源源不断地放出热量,形成一条连续的、发热均匀的三相供电伴热带。串联电热带母线芯或单芯。串联型电热带主要适用单管道的长距离和超长距离的伴热保温。串联型电伴热带使用三相电源后能均衡电网负载,其与热电阻(热电偶)、温控仪配合使用后,能地维持管道介质温度,实现遥控和自动控制。
