How much do you know about the working principle of pipeline heat tracing
管道伴热系统由三部分组成:电伴热供电系统、管道电伴热和智能控制报警系统。其工作状态如下:温度传感器放置在加热管上,可以随时测量其温度。电伴热套组温控器根据预设温度与温度传感器测得的温度进行比较,通过电伴热控制箱内的空气开关隔离传输和交流电流超限报警,并及时切断和接通电源,从而达到管道伴热和防冻的目的。
目前,在消防管道伴热系统的产品选择中,消防专用电热带是较好的产品之一。电伴热带的输出功率随环境温度的变化而变化。温度越高,加热功率越小,温度越低,加热功率就越大;其加热元件为聚合物半导体材料,消防电热带上的每个点都是温度传感点。因此,这种线路也被称为“智能线路”。使用电伴热带防冻保温,具有节能、使用简单、控温保温效果好的特点。电伴热带的形状一般平整柔软,容易弯曲、缠绕或平放在需要加热、隔热、防冻的管道、阀门、泵体、储罐等装置上,具有加热、自动隔热、温度限制等特点。
它是一种扁平带状电缆,由消防电气带的芯带和两根平行的金属线和绝缘护套组成。其特点是可根据环境温度自动调节加热功率,能主动适应伴热主体的温度变化,使伴热主体稳定在设计温度,不会引起过热、燃烧等安全事故。在每个消防电热带中,总线之间加热聚合物材料的电路传导量随温度的影响而变化。当电子皮带周围的温度变冷时,导电塑料产生微分子收缩,使碳颗粒连接形成电路,电流流过这些电路使电子皮带发热。当温度升高时,导电塑料会产生微分子膨胀,碳颗粒会逐渐分离,导致电路中断,电阻升高,电伴热带会自动降低功率输出。电伴热带由导电塑料和两根并联母线加绝缘层组成,可用于高温、高湿度、高污染、高粉尘浓度、高噪声、高危险气体等恶劣环境。
