展开全部恒功率电伴热带是指电伴热带在通电后,功率输出一直是恒定的,不会随外界环境,保温材料,伴热的材质变化而变化,而其功率的输出或者停止通常由温度传感器来控制。
恒功率电伴热带大体上可以分为串联式恒功率电伴热带和并联式恒功率 电伴热带两种,可是这两种电伴热带之间又有什么区别呢?
(1)结构:串联式恒功率电伴热带的结构是其电阻丝是串联连接方式,其工作时是靠电阻丝发热对管道进行加热;而并联式恒功率电伴热带的结构是其电阻丝是并联连接方式,其工作时是靠电阻丝发热对管道进行加热。
(2)原理:串联式恒功率电伴热带是由绝缘铜绞线为电源母线,即为发热芯线。具有一定内阻的芯线通过电流芯线就会产生焦耳热量(焦耳--楞次定律Q=0.24IS2^;Rt),其大小与电流平方、芯线阻值和通过时间成正比。因此串联式电伴热带随着通电时间的延续,源源不断的发出热量,形成一条连续的、均匀发热的电伴热带。串联式电伴热带芯线电流相同、电阻相等,所以整根电伴热带首尾发热均匀,其输出功率恒定不受环境温度和管道温度影响;并联式恒功率电伴热带两根相互平行的度镍铜绞线包覆在氟化物绝热层中,作为电源母线,并且在内绝热层外缠绕镍铬合金电热丝
每隔一个固定距离即将电热丝进行焊接,形成一个连续的并联电阻,当电源铜母线通电以后,各并联电阻随之发热,即形成一个连续发热的电热带,可任意剪切。串联式与并联式恒功率电伴热带的区别。
