防腐型管道保温电伴热带，除了具有普通型伴热带的性能外，还具有防腐的性能。它的外护套为全氟F46材质，相比与普通聚烯烃护套的电伴热带，全氟F46材质的伴热带，在耐温、防水、机械性能等各方面都有了很大的提高。
电伴热带从外观可以看出，表面光滑，具有纹路，不粘性强，加入氟材质的电伴热带增加了其的延展性和机械性，同时还有很好的耐水性，吸水率极低，达到了耐腐的需求。如果化学管道发生泄露，也不会损坏该伴热带，可以正常使用，非常适合于工业化工管道防冻的防冻保温。
目前电伴热带应用十分广泛，如消防管道、工业空调水管、、工业水管道、石油、天然气管道及各类罐体容器的防冻保温等，使用在不同环境和部位的管道设备可以根据参数、环境和温度要求选择不同的电伴热带型号。
