Precautions for operating a constant power electric heating belt

恒功率电热带在安装过程中的铺设形式很多，但是如果安装方式不正确或不合理，可能会造成严重后果，所以我们在使用过程中，必须严格按照电伴热安装规范手册，并应该注意以下几点：
1、严格防止电火花和火灾，所有电伴热电缆的连接和电气连接必须在防潮湿密封的环境中进行；
2、防爆场合必须使用专用的电气元件，任何有爆炸性气体（例如化工/石化安装）或爆炸性粉尘（例如煤尘或面粉）需要能适合于此环境中的特殊电伴热带。
3、严禁使用旧件，对于损坏的电伴热带和附件必须停止使用、立即替换，否则损坏部分均可能导致系统失败；
4、在塑料管线上使用电伴热带时，请选择相配套的专用电伴热带，严格控制不配套乱用现象；
5、严禁把电伴热带暴露在温度高于其允许的暴露温度场合，高温将减少电伴热带的使用寿命；
6、严禁电伴热带尾部绞合在一起，因为母线中的火线和另一根零线绞在一起会产生短路；
