一、电伴热带与蒸汽伴热带、热水伴热的介绍
所谓电伴热是用电热来补偿被伴热体(容器、管道等)在工艺生产过程中的热量损失,以维持较合适的介质工艺温度,电伴热能保证首尾端发热均匀, 而蒸汽和热水伴热为了保证尾端的热值, 须提高首端的发热量,会使首端和沿途的热量出现过补偿,浪费大量热能。
蒸汽伴热提供的热量大,温度较高,而热水伴热提供的热量温和,比较均匀,伴热温度受到热水温度的限制,因而比蒸汽伴热要低一些;蒸汽伴热要方便一些,因此,蒸汽伴热用途较广一些,而热水伴热主要用于要求温度较低的或要求温度比较均匀温和的热敏性物料的伴热。
