一、工作原理
1.自限温电伴热带:接通电源后,电流由其中一根导线通电,经过PTC芯带到另一根导线,构成回路,具有电阻值的芯带发热;
2.恒功率电热带:绝缘导线上通电时,电流经过发热丝,发热丝发热,传送热量。
二、构造区别
1.自限温电伴热带:在导线中间填充PTC高分子导电资料;
2.恒功率电热带:在绝缘导线上缠绕镍铬发热丝,隔一定间隔与绝缘导线相衔接。
三、运转环境
1.自限温电伴热带:多运用于消防、冻结、石油化工保温;
2.恒功率电热带:在石油、化工、钢铁等需抗凝场一切明显优势。
四、运用长度
1.自限温电伴热带:运用长度100m,运用长度不小于10mm;
2.恒功率电热带:运用长度180m,运用长度不小于5m。
五、产生效果
1.自限温电伴热带:能随四周环境温度调整本身发热温度;
2.恒功率电热带:一直坚持一定的温度,发热量及功率恒定,稳定性强。
六、其他
1.自限温电伴热带:不可恣意剪接;
2.恒功率电热带:可依据运用状况发热节长恣意剪切(指并联恒功率电热带,串联恒功率电热带不可剪切)。
