Precautions for installation and use of electric heat tracing tape

1．安装前：
防锈防腐涂层要干透、管道上无毛刺和利角，电伴热带表面无破损，电热带绝缘电阻应≥20MΩ(1 000VDC )。不要强力拉扯电热带，避免脚踏或重物放置电伴热带上；电伴热带与所有配件的型号应与设计要求一致。
2．安装中：
每隔约50cm将电热带用玻璃纤维压敏胶带或铝胶带固定在干管道上，平时尽可能将电热带附在管道下45°侧方；在线路的一供电点和尾端各预留lm长的电热带；在所有散热体如支架、阀门、法兰等处应预留一定长度电热带，以便随时拆除、维修、更换等：在使用二通或三通配件处电热带各端应预留40cm长，多根电热带应注意合理选择电源点，要便于维修。保温层材料必须干燥，应加防水外罩，在保温层外加警示标签注明“内有电热带”。
3．安装后的检查及测试：
检查电热带表面是否损坏，用摇表2 500VDC测试每一独立线路一端，绝缘电阻应在20Mn以上。应保证电源部分过载保护、漏电保护和防爆安全装置良好。
