        The Huaguang low-temperature radiation heating system uses electricity as the energy source and heating cables as the heating element to convert all electrical energy into heat energy. The heat is then radiated into the room through the floor (or wall, ceiling) in the form of low-temperature heat radiation. Among the three heat transfer methods of conduction, convection, and radiation, people have a good perception of radiant heat. 2、 System Introduction 

1. Working principle and composition of low-temperature radiation heating system with heating cable 

1.1 Working principle 

        The working principle of the Huaguang heating cable low-temperature radiation heating system is that after the heating cable is powered on, the working temperature is 40 ℃~60 ℃. It uses the ground (or wall, top) as the heat dissipation surface to heat the surrounding air with a small amount of convective heat transfer. At the same time, most of the heat is transferred to the surrounding enclosure structure, objects, and human body in a radiative manner. After the enclosure structure, objects, and human body absorb the radiative heat, the surface temperature increases, thereby achieving the goal of raising and maintaining room temperature. The radiation heat transfer of Huaguang heating cable low-temperature radiation heating system accounts for more than 60% of the total heat transfer.

      The temperature is controlled by the room temperature controller through the ground temperature probe installed on the floor or the room temperature probe inside the temperature controller. When the indoor temperature reaches the set value, the temperature controller starts to operate, disconnecting the power supply of the heating cable, and the heating cable stops heating. When the indoor temperature is lower than the set value of the temperature controller, the temperature controller starts again, connecting the power supply of the heating cable, and the heating cable starts heating, and so on.
