To ensure the safe winter of suckling and young pigs, promote their healthy development and growth, reduce the occurrence of diseases, improve survival rates, and solve the problem of winter heating for suckling and young pigs, it is a major issue that the pig farming industry needs to address. 

        For many years, kind-hearted people in the pig farming industry have been seeking a pig house heating facility that is effective, easy to manage, energy-saving, and easy to maintain. 2、 Working principle of automatic temperature control energy-saving warm bed:

        The automatic temperature control energy-saving bed is a heating cable that connects a 220V power supply and is buried in concrete. The heating cable heats up and transfers the heat to the concrete, where it is collected and stored. Then, the heat is slowly and evenly released upward by the concrete through thermal radiation, achieving the heating effect of heating from the bottom and cooling from the top.

3、 Basic requirements for winter use of dairy and juvenile pig houses:

        A. Delivery facility: 3-5 days after the birth of suckling pigs, the temperature in the facility is maintained at around 32 ℃; The automatic temperature control energy-saving warm bed can provide a temperature range of 15-38 ℃, which is controlled by a temperature controller.

        B. Nursery: Surface Temperature>15℃；

        C. The pigsty should be kept dry, easy to clean and disinfect, and eliminate disease hazards. The automatic temperature control energy-saving warm bed can be directly flushed and cleaned.

4、 Structure and installation of automatic temperature control energy-saving warm bed system:

        A. System structure composition: base plate, insulation board, reflective aluminum foil, steel wire mesh, heating cable, nylon zip tie, thermal storage concrete, surface layer, ground temperature probe, other auxiliary materials.

        B. System installation: Simply place the "energy-saving warm bed" at the bottom of the pig bed delivery shed and nursery, connect it to 220 ° C, power supply, and temperature controller to use. A temperature controller can control 2-4 pigsties according to customer requirements (each pigsty can be equipped with a separate switch control)
