How to install a fire electric heating belt

1. Prepare tools and materials:Fire electric heating beltInsulation tape, aluminum foil tape or installation aluminum tape, fixing sheet or clip, cable, power supply and terminal box.

2. Before installation: Before installation, the fire electric heating belt should be inspected for any damage, breakage, insulation layer damage, etc. If there are any abnormalities, they should be replaced immediately.

3. Determine the length of the fire electric heating belt: Cut the electric heating belt according to the required length based on actual needs. Pay attention to keeping the cutting surface flat and clean.

4. Insulation treatment: Wrap a layer of insulation tape around the electric heat tracing belt and equipment surface to ensure close contact between the electric heat tracing belt and the equipment, while preventing short circuits between the electric heat tracing belt and the equipment.

5. Installation and fixation: Use fixing pieces or clips to fix the electric heat tracing strip on the surface of the equipment. Pay attention to keeping it straight, without twisting or folding.

6. Connect the cable: Connect the cable to the terminal box of the electric heating strip. Pay attention to the correctness and tightness of the connection.

7. Power on test: Connect the power supply, turn on the electric heating belt, observe whether it works normally, and whether the equipment has leakage, overheating, and other conditions.
