Precautions for installation of pipeline heat tracing tape

在管道伴热带案例进行施工时，务必明白管道伴热带安置的正确技巧，否则容易影响全部伴热带体系的平常使用。
1、清晰短路：主要是由于不正确的安置技巧导致的，包括组件的不正确安置或者安置过程中造成的电伴热带损坏，亦或者错误的将两条伴热带的导体链接在了一起；
2、保护围绕两个导体的自限温加热元件不要损坏。这个黑塑料加热元件是电导体,因此务必相应处理；
3、一定不要使用PVC或者是VC常规胶带去固定自限温电伴热带，关于胶带的使用，厂家会给出对应的配套产品列表，应该严格遵照该清单使用。
4、特殊设备伴热带，好比防腐防爆之类的，是否具备相应的EC检测证明。
