地暖发热电缆,是应用在地暖的一种加热电缆。
发热电缆,是制成电缆结构,以电力为能源,利用合金电阻丝进行通电发热,来达到采暖或者保温的效果。通常有单导和双导之分,称为发热电缆。
地暖发热电缆的工作原理:
发热电缆内芯由冷线热线组成,外面由绝缘层、接地、屏蔽层和外护套组成,发热电缆通电后,热线发热,并在40~60℃的温度间运行,埋设在填充层内的发热电缆,将热能通过热传导(对流)的方式和发出的8-13um的远红外线辐射方式传给受热体。
发热电缆地面辐射供暖系统的组成及工作原理:供电线路→变压器→低压配电装置→分户电度表→温控器→发热电缆→通过地板向室内辐射热量1、以电力为能源 2、 以发热电缆作为发热体 3、发热电缆热传导机理。

第*部分是地暖发热电缆通电后便会发热,其温度在40℃—60℃,通过接触传导,加热包围在其周的水泥层,再传向地板或磁砖,然后通过对流方式加热空气,传导热量占发热电缆发热量的50%。
第二部分是地暖发热电缆通电后便会产生人体最为适宜的7—10微米的远红外线,向人体和空间辐射。这部分热量也占发热量的50%,发热电缆发热效率近乎100%。
发热电缆通电后,里面的镍合金金属组成的热线发热,并在40~60℃的低温运行,埋设在填充层内的发热电缆,将热能通过热传导(对流)的方式和发出的8-13μm的远红外线辐射方式传给受热体。
它施工的方案:发热电缆电采暖施工前需要拟定施工方案,如选材配置、功率配置、铺设面积确定等等。
它的处理条件是:电采暖施工前在预留出地面距门槛高度,然后将地暖找平,确保无凹凸、如有水管或电缆应在地面开槽埋入、确保满足施工条件。
