管道上使用电伴热带保温安装方式主要是直铺或者缠绕，按照电伴热带安装说明操作即可，但是管道上还有相关的附件里面阀门、法兰等，这里使用的电伴热带就不能按照管道计算方式来，那么管道附件用电伴热带长度怎么计算呢，来跟着芜湖市恒鑫电缆有限责任公司来了解一下吧。
管道附件的热损失可换算成一定长度相同管径管道的热损失，所需电热应敷设在相应附件上，管道附件所需电伴热带长度=附件散热系数×每米管道所需同种电伴热带长度
每个阀门所需电伴热带长度，Lf（m）为：
Lf=Kf×Lg 式中：Kf为阀门散热系数
各管道其他附件所需电伴热带长度Lj为：
Lj=Kj×Lg 式中：Kj为其他附件散热系数。
电伴热带是一个系统其包含温度控制器，防爆接线盒，防爆配电箱等附件，也需要计算好使用数量，防止少或者多，少了不够用，多了造成浪费。用户在不知道怎么计算的情况下，可以咨询电伴热带厂家，会有专门的技术人员计算好电伴热带和附件的数量，并为客户设计好使用方案。
