冬季，尤其是北方寒冷地区，室外温度往往低于零度，地表温度可能更低。因此，如果将电伴热带产品放置在室外或直接放置在表面上，则很可能产品外壳会脱落。加热电缆产品的大部分外壳是普通塑料（PVC）或橡胶。当它们在零度以下的环境中时，会变硬，整个加热电缆产品线会变硬变脆，导致外壳在轻外力环境下脱落损坏。那么，如何防止冬季加热电缆护套脱落的现象呢？每个阶段应采取以下措施。
1、出厂运输：产品出厂后装上运输车时，需保温保护。使用封闭的运输工具，防止产品直接暴露在外；
2、在产品上放置一层软垫，如床上用品或其他软泡沫；
3、装载时，小心搬运。不要装得太粗糙。同时，避免产品过度弯曲；
4、到达施工现场时，要派人监督，防止加热电缆产品卸载过程中的粗暴操作。
